Linen sizes for round tables

• Take the diameter of the table (30”, 36” etc.)
• Decide how much of a drop you would like.
• Multiply the amount of drop desired by two, and add that to the diameter of the table.
  For example: If you have a 30" round table and would like a tablecloth with a 20" drop.
  Diameter of the Table 30" 30" Amount of Drop Times Two 20" x 2 = 40" + 40" Table Cloth Size to be Ordered    70"

Serving Chart

This is a chart of how much you will need to buy when serving any kind of drink to your guests.
Champange
1 Case = 12 fifths serves 40-50 people approx. 80 drinks
Beer
1 Keg = 330 +/- 12 oz drinks serves 100 people
1 Pony Keg = 165 +/- 12oz drinks serves 50 people
Liquor
1 fifths = approx 1 quart serves 8-10 people approx 28 drinks
Coffee
1lb coffee serves 35-50 people approx 75 cups
Punch
1 gallon serves 12 people approx 24 drinks

Guests average 2 drinks per person per hour
Pre-dinner cocktails 1 to 1 1/2 hours event
Party cocktails 3 hours event
